Your little girl will be the best cheerleader on the block in this cute cheerleader outfit. 

This darling red and white top has cap sleeves and V neckline.  The top is white with a red and white giant star printed on the front.  Elastic and red trim border the bottom of the top.

It has a red hood attached.  The short skirt is mostly red with a white drawstring waist.  Two cute white stripes go down the sides.  She has her two red and white pom poms to really shake it up.

A star is a laminating mass floating through space.  That doesn’t do justice to how beautiful stars are.  As the hydrogen in the core of the star causes friction it sends energy out into outer space and produces the light which we see.  As men studied the stars they grouped the stars into constellations.  When they put the groups of stars with the sun, they came up with the calendar.

There was a supernova event that took place in 1006 AD.  The Egyptian and Chinese astronomers recorded this event for us.  This was the SN1006 super nova.  Islamic astronomers gave many stars names that we still use today.  In 1019 there was a lunar eclipse that they recorded.  They built the first star observatory.  We are lucky to have the stars in the skies to look at and appreciate each night.

This cute Bratz costume is black and sleeveless with a round neckline.  The pink trim accentuates the neck and sleeves.

What is a Bratz?…

Bratz dolls were made and released in May of 2001.  When they were released there were four dolls.  By Christmas of that year they were very popular in the United States.  After their first five years of production they had sold 125 million world wide.  In 2003 they made a set of twin dolls that were very popular.

These dolls are made in China.   They have Bratz boyz and Bratz girls.  The miniature version of these dolls are called Lil Bratz.  There are many accessories to buy.  They have playsets, cars, clothes, furniture, and even video games.

She still looks darling in her new cheerless outfit.  The black short midriff cut top is trimmed in red.  It has a skull and crossbones design on the front.

The sleeves are short and ragged cut on the edge.  The red mesh midriff trim adds flair to this costume.  The black skirt is short and has pleats of black and white stripes.

It has a ragged cut hem also and red stitch accents.  The red fishnet shorts hang down below the skirt.  She has a pair of black and white pompoms in case she changes her mind about cheering.

What is goth and where did it originate?

In 1980 the gothic rock subculture began in the United Kingdom.  It came from the punk rock music and went on from there.  It has evolved from there.  It is usually recognized by dark or black clothing, white makeup with black accents, and wild black hair.

In America it was called American punk rock and in Germany it was called the dark wave culture.  In the 1990’s we saw a revival of the Victorian fashion mixing in with the dark gothic fashion.  Today gothic culture is alive and well.  It is morbid, mystic and also romantic.
